Reporting forum posts
You must be logged in to report posts on our forum.
There is a flag icon at the bottom of each post on our forum. You can click on this to report the post, and we'll take any action we consider appropriate once we see it. Please understand that it is company policy to keep any and all moderation action confidential between Eleventh Hour Games and the account owner in question.
Reporting forum private messages
Similar to forum posts, each Private Message sent through our forum has a flag icon at the bottom which can be used to bring it to our attention. Please understand that it is company policy to keep any and all moderation actions performed confidentially.
Reporting inappropriate chat messages
Last Epoch does not yet have report options integrated into the client, however, these will be added as part of future game updates. In the meantime, please contact us through this site to report any inappropriate chat messages you see in-game.
Here's the information we'll need to investigate a report:
- The name of the person you are reporting
- The day & approximate time of the incident
- Your local time zone helps us to better understand the time you provide
- (Optional) Upload a screenshot of at least one message from that person
Any moderation action taken against the player in question will be based on us reviewing the chat logs for the day specified. We ask for screenshots as they allow us to verify the spelling of the other account name, and to more quickly find the relevant entries in our chat logs.
Please note that publicly accusing other players of breaking rules is not permitted and will be considered harassment.
What to do when your forum post is immediately put on hold when posting
Our forum will occasionally hide a post until a member of staff has time to review it.
If this latter happens to you, then the good news is that there is nothing you need to do. Our moderators will have received a notification that this has happened, and one of us will remove the temporary account restriction and approve your post as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Once one of your forum posts has been manually approved, there is almost no chance of the same thing happening to you again in the future. These heuristics prevent a considerable amount of spam from bots.
What to do if you're reported in in-game chat
If you have been chat muted or banned from the game, you can reach out to Player Support for further information and to appeal.
