Can I restore a deleted character?

Online

Please provide the following information for us to look into our database: 

  • Character Name
  • Character Class
  • Approx. Character Level
  • Approx. Date of Deletion

Please note that there is not a 100% guarantee that your character will be recovered in the case of a deletion. However we will try our best to locate your character and attempt a restore.

 

Offline

Unfortunately we do not store offline saves or character information in our database. All game and character files will be stored on your personal PC. Due to this, we cannot recover deleted offline characters.

 

Hardcore Characters

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to restore Hardcore Characters if they were deleted purely for the purpose of it still being Hardcore after a death. Restoring a HC character that died will result in a SC character.
