We can only have 5 different skills on the bar. While this number is hypothetically changeable, a LOT of work would have to go in to changing it - from the UI, to designing, and creating those extra skills. Allowing you to equip a 6th skill slot to your bar would be a big power spike and would make everyone who used move only at a big disadvantage and would effectively remove the option from the game.
