Reporting a player in-game
If you are experiencing a player that is breaking ToS, you can report them by doing the following:
- When in the chat box or within the same town, right click on the player's name.
- Click on the "Report Player" button.
- This will then open up the "Report Player" window to fill out, using the dropdown menu under "Reason", you will choose the infraction type.
- Within the "Additional Info" bar put all information regarding the conversation.
- Then click on "Report" to put in a ticket for our Player Support to receive.
What to do if you're reported
If you have been chat muted or banned from the game, you can reach out to Player Support for further information and to appeal by using the "Reporting & Moderation" form.
Putting in a Mute Appeal
If you think you are chat muted you can put in an appeal by doing the following:
- Open up the ESC menu and click on the Support button.
- You will then use the drop down menu to select "Reporting & Moderation".
- Once within the Reporting & Moderation menu you will select the dropdown box from "Issue Type" and choose "Mute Appeal".
- Fill out the appropriate information on the rest of the form and then click "Submit" for your appeal to go to our Player Support.
Putting in a Ban Appeal
If you try to log in and at the launch screen you see that your account has been permanently banned, you can put in a ban appeal by:
- Go to the Support webpage and on the top right corner click on "Submit a Request".
- You will then use the drop down menu to select "Reporting & Moderation".
- Once within the Reporting & Moderation menu you will select the dropdown box from "Issue Type" and choose "Ban Appeal".
- Fill out the appropriate information on the rest of the form and then click "Submit" for your appeal to go to our Player Support.
