How to submit in-game player reports

  1. When you are in-game and noticing a player breaking Code of Conduct or Terms of Service, hit "Enter" to fully open the chat window.

  2. Right click on the player you wish to report.

  3. The report window will then populate to fill out with the issue.

  4. Under "Reason" be sure to click the dropdown and choose the infraction that best summarizes your report.
    • Hateful Speech and/or Toxicity
      • Player is speaking of other individuals in a hateful and aggressive manner.
    • Exploiting
      • Player is speaking about a bug they are exploiting for gold, items, etc.
    • RMT/Gold Selling
      • Player is trying to promote a service for gold (can also include pay services for leveling up, etc)
    • Inappropriate Name
      • Player has a name that is offensive
    • Harassment
      • Player is actively targeting another player
    • Bot
      • Player is showing signs of not being a real life player
  5. Add a brief description under "Additional Info" of what the reported player is doing, a few words or a sentence will help Player Support more easily quickly assess the situation.
