Redeeming your forum badges for your supporter pack
If you purchased a supporter pack but your forum badges are missing, our support team can manually add them to your account.
What you'll need
- A screenshot of your Steam receipt showing the supporter pack purchase
Steps to redeem
- Take a screenshot of your Steam receipt for the supporter pack purchase. You can find this in your Steam account under Account Details > Purchase History.
- Submit a support ticket and attach the screenshot of your receipt.
- Our support team will review your receipt and manually add the missing badges to your account.
