Omens are reflections from the moment Orobyss fell into despair. They manifest as windows to these moments, and touching them will unleash waves of enemies reinforced by the Omen.

Should you survive the onslaught of enemies, the previously shielded Omen becomes vulnerable and will attack you. Completing Omen Windows can yield different rewards such as Runes of Corruption, corrupted items, Idol Altars, and Timeglass Fragments.

Timeglass Fragments are small pieces of the window and are accepted as currency to purchase items from the Oracle, located in the Monolith of Fate. Fragments can also be used to create Echo Chains as a reward when completing a more difficult Greater Omen Window at the end of an Omen Echo Chain in the Monolith of Fate.
